The doors were open today so we checked out the scene. As we said yesterday, the stair treads and hand rails were stained. They're still rough to the touch, they'll need to be sanded and coated with polyurethane.
They also stained the ceiling beams in the master bedroom. They forgot to ask us what color stain we wanted, but we like how they look. That wire hanging out is for the ceiling fan.
Our custom windows were delivered today and should be installed soon. One will go over the front door, another in the back of the house. Stay tuned for the final reveal on those.
They're going to start the flooring later this week, and appliances should come in next week.
