Before & after

Our yard is finished & looks great. Here is a pic from a day or two before move-in, when we got the fence:

Here's the same shot today. That's a Texas redbud tree in the back corner.
Here's the front again, complete with grass.

I have missed working in the garden for about 8 months now - yanking up that ivy around the tree all summer didn't count. They left us a spot in the back yard to plant kitchen herbs - that's about all I can do - the rest is done!
