June 1 - what's going on?

We had the pre-drywall meeting with our builder today, confirming where everything is located, pointing out things they overlooked, etc. For example, we are going to have xenon lights under our kitchen cabinets. Wired for that? Oops, no. Better to fix it now, than rip out the drywall later. Aside from that, the past week has been for city inspections. That's what some of those signs on the floor were about, fix this & that. I went back later to meet with a landscaper, and just then, the stone for our entry was delivered. Five pallets - no one else was around, so I signed for it. Another important guy, the Texas Outhouse Septic Sucking Service, showed up and took care of that. Later this week, they'll begin insulating the walls, then installing drywall. And bricking the exterior. THEN it will really start to look like a house.
